A number of countries entered the race of AI with strategic plans ahead and future projects on schedule, yet other nations are delayed due to a lack of capabilities, resources and infrastructure. As of today, AI is being utilized across various sectors, and nations are competing in this field for global dominance.

A nation will not develop - for example - an AI solution for another with the aim to promote its own education system, provide support to its own local language or train it with its own LLM (Large Language Models). USA will not promote Japanese LLM, or Arabic LLM, the same vice versa. The key for any AI system is speed. Speed at analyzing large data sets and providing final conclusions or answers. Education is the core of any nation, which explains why Nations must respond and act to develop their own AI systems, and invest in them.
